The Tax Justice Network point out that the wealthy are treated differently though two-tier taxation.
In most (if not all) countries, taxation on 'collected' wealth is lower than taxes on 'earned' wealth.
Only by increasing tax on collected wealth can states reduce the removal of money from the real economy & thereby rebuild their societies ravaged by the rich's activities of accumulation.
One way or another the rich must contribute more to the public purse!
