Big chunks of LA are burned down and there are 180,000 new homeless. There's no reason to hope they'll find homes, since a week ago, there were *already* 180,000 homeless in California.
Do you somehow think *now* California will ditch its crazy housing codes and NIMBYs to build sufficient housing?
