If you look at the post on bluesky they just added a warning the other day that shows the date it was actually added to bsky and the date that it claims to be.
Side note, this doesn't work retroactively, and there is also a bug in their code re: times before Unix time (1970-01-01), so I have a post from the year 1234 that is "actually" from 1234 according to the site: https://bsky.app/profile/jo.nny.rip/post/3k5ou6srhld25
No idea why it would show up in your home feed unless someone you do follow boosted it.
