I read Behave. It provided a lot of good insights, but blamed capitalism for most of the world's problems.

The biggest take away was that the biggest predictor of poor mental health outcomes is poverty. People who grow up impoverished have a altered physical brain development which makes them more prone to violence and substance abuse among other impulsive behaviors.

Definitely worth the read even though I disagree on his economic stance.
