I know, I know, who buys CDs anymore? But I sorta think there may be some folks on #nostr who might want to send some #sats to support an independent musician and producer in exchange for a physical product so here goes. This is all of my old music, my albums were out of print for several years and I recently decided to compile it all into a two disc set featuring 2 full length albums and two EPs. It’s over 35 songs of material I recorded from 2009-2012- called simply: Things That Came Before. Artwork by my daughter. The two albums this features are called As Long as This Thing’s Flyin’ 2009, and Poison in the Wires 2012. The first was a time period where I was full of piss and vinegar and trying to make a splash in the alt country/country punk world. Toured in support of it with bands like Tumbledown, Two Cow Garage and opened fro Lucero and Turnpike Troubadours and a handful of other alt country artists. The second album Poison in the Wires is something of a concept album largely inspired by reading and learning about the political landscape in the US during the early years of the Obama administration.
