Eat mostly high quality protein (grass fed beef, organic chicken, wild salmon, free range eggs) heritage pork supplemented with fruits focusing on antioxidant rich berries (blue, black, rasp, strawberry) and organic apples.
Focus on weight training using barbells and dumbbells and performing simple complex lifts like squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press incline dumbbell bench, curls, pull ups, rows. Lift at least 3 days a week. Never skip legs. Do them 2x a week if you can.
Sprints are better than long distance running for building muscle and increasing testosterone. However, hiking or brisk walking in the woods, particularly uphill, is good for cardio and for the soul.
Drink plenty of water, black coffee and tea.
Avoid all processed foods, seed oils, sugar, soda, etc.
Sleep 7-8 hrs a day.
