The most confusing thing in the #linux world right now (for me) is trying the fuck to understand what the hell #centos #stream is and how it relates to #rhel and #fedora. Stream is literally documented as a rolling release but it has major version numbers so it sure as hell isn't a rolling release. I also can't figure out if updates from RHEL come _from_ Stream or are pushed _to_ Stream. Like what the fuck even is it? Can I just install "Stream 9" and know it will get updates for X years?
imma go back and hide in the #debian closet, this is so confusing
