I'd start by looking at wifi channels with e.g. this app and picking one that has fewest other networks on it. Also, use the 5GHz network on all devices that support it. If that doesn't help, the problem must be somewhere deeper. But in my own experience it's always been the wifi signal getting too weak or having too much interference.
