Dutch education institutions in the south of the country are getting DDoS attacks since yesterday. Although possible already suspicious activity since Monday. At our university the workers and student pass system was down. You need the pass for simple things like getting coffee, print, to being able to access the parking garage.

University of Eindhoven had to shutdown their networks and cancel class and exams for this week due to a cyberattack.
