But you can’t stop someone from doing something that they really want to do. They will find a way. You can try to stop them and I would certainly try. I would advise my brother against it. But if he really wants to do it, he will find a way. Unless you want to tie him down and dedicate your life to monitoring him. You can’t control anyone.
At some point, if they really want to be on drugs, they will be on drugs. And I agree it shouldn’t be promoted, but throwing someone in jail for it is an act of violence.
