Going through this old gem "Bitcoin 101 blackboard series". This one was from 2014. There was so much excitement and hope in #Bitcoin. It was visionary too. The smart contracts, the DAO, the future of deeds, patterns, titles etc. done on bitcoin blockchain, the storage of data on permanent basis… Many of those subsequently has been tried and failed to to catch on.
Can't believe it's almost 2024 now. I don’t know what in Bitcoin that the devs are excited today? How about the plebs? I'd be disappointed if we're just only looking for the ETF, the halving, or any event for NGU.
If you were in early from those years, do you remember your feelings and excitement? And what do you think of the trajectory of Bitcoin today?
