It’s not Americanism, it’s all over the place, US is just spearheading. I’ve read a report that Americans lead with number (~300k) of items per household worldwide and they beat the next position like 3 times - couldn’t find the study, but I guess the number of growing storage spaces is telling a lot. This bloat is visible everywhere - obesity, software, shit we don’t need all over the place.
Bitcoin fixes that.
