that’s what I think. every fiat loan is ethically questionable for the lender, because they literally print money to give it to the borrower, but the borrower can either make use of a loan to prosper himself, or get destroyed by it depending on all the factors. If you’re the borrower, you’re naturally ethically superior to the lender
