Do you have a telehealth psychiatrist you trust in the Seattle area who’s taking new clients?
I had a really good psych in California, but it’s been almost two years and I have no rapport at all with my Kitsap county psych. I hate the thought of messing with my stable meds, but I hate the unending passive suicidal ideation slightly more, I think. But … not with this doctor. I have to be able to open up somewhat.
I’m queer, autistic, adhd, and it would be awesome to find someone who is/specializes in treating people like me.
