William Burnie Rhind's Zodiac-themed clock on J.J
Burnet's 1891 Charing Cross Mansions. The small face directly below the face seems out of character with the rest of the timepiece, and it's thought to represent Father Time. However, it also bears a striking resemblance to J.J. Burnet's father, the renowned Classical architect John Burnet Senior, and it's tempting to think of a son immortalising his father on such a prominent building in a city he himself helped shape.
