I haven't given that much thought so whatever I say is with minimal consideration. What I do know is forking over more money to an infinitely corrupt gov't benefits no one at all but the infinitely corrupt gov't to fund their infinitely corrupt practices they often inflict on the populace. I don't see the value in "take it from them just because" for said reason. There needs to be a more practical, more viable, actionable means.
