I do not, even in a little bit agree with coercing Canada to join the US, but let’s just assume for a minute the Canadian people were okay with that.
Canada could SAVE the US without a war by joining the union under the condition that each province is admitted as a separate US state!
Think about it! They would each have 2 seats in the Senate, in addition to their proportional representatives in the House, and they’d more than likely be liberal, or at least center-left, compared to our reps.
