The problem is they did not fully commit to the weird aspects of the design. They are supposed to have weird frog noses, but they just gave her a tiny human nose that just makes her look silly. They are supposed to have weird dark or reptilian-like eyes, but they just gave her normal eyes. They tried to make her look too human, probably so they could save money with motion capture, but it just makes her look ugly instead of cool or interesting. Thank you friend.
