That makes it even worse in a way because it enables users to get tied to transactions that they had nothing to do with and take the fall for it i.e. Roman Sterlingov
Why not preclude the possibility to do this at all?
Take away their ability to guess with ZK transactions, or at least make it very unlikely to correctly guess by default.
Even Monero isn't good enough for edge cases yet and it already has ZK addresses and ZK amounts.
