Bad photo due to flashback or something but this is a Heathkit device I've never seen before. It's a 120 to 12 volt inverter, except it's supposed to have a case on top with 2 outlets. I suspect someone got creative and tried to wire extra outlets rather than use an extension cord. Sigh. #Retro
