Would be glad to learn I am wrong in claiming that not one book library tool (Calibre, Libreture, BookWyrm, LibraryThing, Zotero, JRef, etc.) includes built-in means to record the cost of books or ebooks. It's as if books magically appear for free on shelves, as if libraries never have to budget nor justify their budget, as if piracy and public domain books are not just the norms but the only options.
Please let me record my book expenses, somebody.
