As I am helping Mitchell Krogza with his Phishing project I came a cross a very very contradistinctive sentence from a URI shorten (Tracker) domain.We're all about making the internet a safer place, and we take it seriously.So you are shutting down the domain?? as nobody, as in nobody ever knows, on which dubious hijacked phishing back site they end up at!! This is facts, you are destabilising, and only building distrust to the internet, by hiding the real URI destination.
Your statement is rather contradictive to the fact of your business.
