if you're trying to improve something until it's "perfect", you'll never achieve perfection because you'll always find something to improve, or there will be certain things that you'll consider as perfect or imperfect based on your constantly fluctuating opinions about it.

however, you CAN perfectly achieve a goal, so long as that goal is achievable. for example, you can perfectly sort a deck of cards. or you can perfectly level a photo frame if by "perfect" you mean you can't see how it's unlevel with your own eyes. or you can perfectly follow the rules for setting up a table for a formal dinner. perfect basically means there's no flaws in what you care about.
