If you have a #Gotek floppy emulator with the standard firmware and you need a way to manage your disk images on Linux/*BSD/etc, you might try the usbfd-tools package:

They're just shell scripts that call `dd` so they should work on anything that has that. Make sure the images you're writing match what your Gotek expects (i.e. 360k vs. 720k vs. 1.44M); you'll get corruption if they don't.
