Ritchie Creek, a tributary of the San Diego River, falls down some 400 feet at Mildred Falls, which makes it the highest waterfall in San Diego County (when it runs, which only happens after enough winter rains). Photographed in March 2011... obviously with #WaterfallWednesday in mind. 😉
