Thursday in in Frankfurt, I sought solace at Salzkammer, and there found the best schnitzel of my life--and I've had many a Schnitzel, my friends. It was thin, crisp, perfect, the mustardy Kartoffelsalat stunning, and the beer just what I needed to salve the soul.
