If you've ever had someone in your life who's paralyzed, you can bet they'd be willing to try anything to get mobility and independence back. My dad had brain cancer and eventually became bed ridden as he became more and more paralyzed. It was the worst thing I've witnessed and experienced in my life. Had he been paralyzed for life, and wasn't terminal, I guarantee you he'd try this or otherwise would choose death.",
