Don't know the reason, but if, for example, someone posts an article that slanders the person in reply to them. How is that different than a personal attack? That's a twitter rule.
IE: You find out a convicted felon is in your city, so you post the sleazeball's address. You are suspended for DOXING and it has nothing to do with the nature of the person's crime. It's a rule for all. I don't know your circumstance, I'm just throwing out ideas. I've seen a lot of similar instances
