Ross Grady (npub1u23…dmul) I mean, if cos are allowed to use AI to spam job postings (ghost or otherwise) and are allowed to use AI to screen applicants, it only seems fair that the applicants get to use it too.
The fact that AI is terrible at all of those tasks doesn't change the (un)fairness of the arrangement to me.
