But the U.S. should cut by (at least) 50% no matter what.
Our bloated budget is orders of magnitude larger than other nations combined.
The empire bankrupted us...not Russia or China.
China has 1 foreign base to our ~1,000.
Clearly, we are the ones that need to cut, big time.
