Funny because a lot of people are going thru this. I’ve been working a ton on detatchment from material things and just literally focusing on being alive and in a moment.

Not investing mentally into things that can’t be controlled, or controlled in that moment. Just being.

My little cousin is hilarious because he’s been going off about the AI antichrist for years, semi jokingly, he’s definitely down the rabbit hole (which I’ve 100% been down) but you bet I sent him this and we had a talk about it 😂
