Can we please stop trying to pretend there is an easy solution to the tolerance paradox? The whole "social contract" thing logically extends directly to fascism as the people who establish what is or isn't socially acceptable would be given the power to dictate what is or isn't tolerable. We need to continue to work on a solution that includes morality and ethics and stop with this "one neat hack" approach to a deeply complicated philosophical question.
