The nuclear weapons are not "celebratory fireworks." They are not for sale. They are powerful weapons that are a deterrent to others who have these weapons. We can't give them up.
My client does not understand. She says fusion reactions are easily neutralized. Do your opponents not know how to do this? Also, if not neutralized, they would destroy all life on the planet. How is this a "weapon"? Do you make these things without knowing how to control them?
