They name Objaverse as datasource. Oh look, most of my models were either sold by or scraped from Sketchfab and are in the dataset https://objaverse.allenai.org/explore/?query=&page=1&menu%5BuserName%5D=keeya
Last I checked all my uploads there have their funny "no ai" tag set. From Sketchfab: "NoAI: This model may not be used in datasets for, in the development of, or as inputs to generative AI programs."
So they are not even complying with their own words.
If Nvidia releases that software paid or sells the tech to someone making a paid software from it, I do hope that it will be pirated and put up somewhere for free. That's fair use, no?
