A couple of objections:
1. "These people are not Christians."
They very likely *are* Christians, if they profess to be Christians. Very few who are not Christians lie about being one.
Subscribing to "Well, they not Jesus-like," is invoking the "No True Scotsman" fallacy.
2. "A good place to start studying The Bible is The S[AB]"
It tilts the scale though, because SAB is written by an opponent. Still, it is not wrong, and he lists the objections to his arguments.
