Every since I installed the macOS Sonoma beta, I've had random feedback from people on teleconferences that a speech bubble appears from my mouth, with a thumbs up or thumbs down in it. It turns out "video reactions" are enabled by default, and affect every app that uses the video camera! Careful on those work and medical calls! You can turn it off from the "Video" icon in the menu bar.
