Anxiety has these two sides. One where you wish there was someone just holding you, hugging you and telling you, you're not alone.
And then the other side that would rather die than tell anyone about this wish or ask for it.
I'm fine, but I remember this feeling. And I sense it every time I notice someone being anxious. We all know it, who have lived through one or the other trauma.
We survived, it didn't make us stronger, it made us more sensitive and empathic. And that's a form of superpower. Even when it originated from a bad place.
