Not we, but they can predict, but they just do not care about us, because we are just slaves for them in every part of this planet. Those ones cares only about statistic, profits and power they could gain from something they do, and if not someone telling that hurricane os coming coild make profit they will not tell. People are stupid and not interested to make this world decentralized, fixed and better, people are not ready to be disconnected from matrix.
