I'm really start to like the terminology the AlbyHub uses for Liquidity.

Saving - on-chain funds used to open channels aka buy liquidity.

Spending - is just what's on your side of your channels that you can send out.

Receiving - is just what's on the other side of your channels that people can send to you.

For comparison the other pic is what your channels on a node look like. Same thing but in a much easier way to understand.
