I take vitamin D and use a very bright light in the morning, it helps support your circadian rhythm (aka your body clock). You can get light therapy lamps/lights for pretty cheap these days. And getting outdoors for fresh air and exercise is important too, indoor air can get pretty stale when our homes are all sealed up against the cold and exercise helps with mood/energy. But, also, just try to enjoy the more cosy aspects of winter. And days start to get longer again after the winter solstice on December 21st.
