Oh, yeah, and (as much as I'm unimpressed with it as a service) I asked why the bank doesn't offer us the option to 'use RealMe' to prove identity given that many of us already have a RealMe profile which proves our identity for NZ gov't services. The bank rep's answer was very lame saying it was down to speed of verification. I suspect it's down to the bank being quite techniclly inept.
