We just ran out of the waterglassed eggs from this summer.
Definitely learned some things.
1. Flavor is great, but I dislike how fragile the yolks are kinda grosses me out being that our freshies have super yolks™. -nothing actionable, just a note.
2. Be very, very gentle with the container holding the waterglassed eggs. If one breaks it will spoil the whole lot.
3. Be better at keeping the laybox super clean so you can save more eggs for the winter. Dirty/poopy eggs dont store and will ruin a batch.
4. Moar eggs! We eat 6+/day when mommy is off at the Fiat mines and up to 1doz/ day on the weekend and when we have guests.

quoting nevent1q…uvm6Well the chooks have stopped laying reliably. Now we crack open(lol) the water glassed eggs I did this summer.
They smell fine. The color is fantastic, but the yolks are a bit fragile. We only eat scrambled eggs though so heck it!
