My back is still awful, I started seeing a physio last week, she’s great but her rooms stink so badly that I have washed my clothes 4x since last week’s session & they still smell. She’s lovely & does a great job, but…😬
I’m just exhausted from the pain. It never ends & I have no idea how I can keep going with it. Yesterday I thought it was improving, but today it’s awful & I can’t cope. I’m waiting for pain relief to kick in 😭
