That account was dropping threats everywhere as if they were on a mission to spread violent words repeatedly & frighten people. It sounded like an attack to ruin Nostr’s reputation & make users feel inconvenient. While I think it would be valuable to have community safety guidelines and I don’t consider it censorship, blocking them for now can help make them realize their attempt was unsuccessful. It was sad to see.
