All through school & in the real world--at least for those who attempt to be honest in their communications--we're told over & over & over that plagiarism is the most wickedly amoral pernicious thing a writer can do. Yet, ghostwriting is an industry where the rich, the famous, & important people pay writers to create thoughts & stories for them so they can plagiarize their words. (Note: I've always viewed plagiarism as being about transparency, not theft.)
