Anybody knows about #Nonviolent Communication (CNV)

CNV is a communication framework developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1970s.
The idea is that all human beings have 4 basic needs:
- to be seen,
- to be heard,
- to be understood,
- and to be valued

CNV provides a way to communicate that honors these needs and helps to create more compassionate and mutually satisfying relationships.
