Part of the issue is a lack of infrastructure to support scooter (and bike) sharing, renting, parking. Crazy thought… if we converted a few car parking spots (gasp!) to accommodate active transport, then we would only have to deal with a few boorish arseholes, rather than a whole bunch of people who probably mean well but aren’t reasonably accommodated.
