I was thinking about real estate this morning. No coiners say Bitcoin is bad because it has no intrinsic value.

If that is the case, I’d be curious to know why the intrinsic value of my house doubled in about 7 years when the materials that make it didn’t change. If real estate was only about intrinsic value, wouldn’t the price stay the same?
