I think you underestimate how fast technology is progressing, you only need 2000 to 4000 logical qubits to run Shor's algorithm effectively and to break secp256k1. The IBM one is quite error prone, however the newer versions from Microsoft and china, seem much more promising, i do think that we only have 5 years until we can run Shor's algoritm. And as far as i can tell no one from nostr dev is concerned. It would be a big change to the entire specification to make it post quantum proof, and every user would need to upgrade to a completely new private and public key, making all existing accounts completely useless.
So yeah it is a big worry, and a big threat of Nostr. If in 3 years they have not seriously tackled this issue Nostr is dead.
