npub1ulmk7rglm7y8cykt7h40zhwnhv9c37qxq5tnna3jqz4wjx52wd8q2whweg (npub1ulm…hweg) I attended the hearing and after the Judge stated that he thought the likelihood of success on the merits as to the appearing defendants was low so he denied the PI as to them, the Plaintiff had the audacity to ask the Judge to extend the asset freeze anyway until they could respond to the one pending MTD. The Judge just said...no. Unfortunately no one brought up Sport Dimension I or the various press releases from SD which may have caused the Judge to pause & consider the other Ds.
